RETURN POLICY

We guarantee a refund.

Refund of your payment is possible in the following cases:

• the order was canceled by you in advance, before the delivery date specified in your order;
• repeated payment by order;
• if additional payment is required for the order for its successful delivery.

If your order has already been delivered, a refund cannot be made for this order. If you have any comments about the quality of the bouquet, as compensation we can deliver a gift from our company or deliver the bouquet. 

Comments on your order are accepted within 7 days from the moment of delivery of the order and will be considered as soon as possible. 

Since flowers, candies, fruit baskets are perishable products, our company reserves the right to change the composition and appearance of the product by 20-25% while maintaining the overall appearance and cost of the components.
